Chief Sales Officer
Scope of work:
1. Be responsible for working with the Executive Directors, Business Directors of member companies under the Group in business operations, revenue growth, and representing the Group's image.
2. Be responsible for and support relevant departments in carrying out transactions of purchasing and selling company products in international markets.
3. Establish, build, and maintain internal and external relationships with customers both domestic and international. Understand and keep track of the market conditions of the companies both domestic and international to facilitate business operations.
4. Be responsible for developing business plans, strategies, and expansion strategies for member companies under the Group to ensure revenue targets are met as planned.
5. Participate in supporting the Executive Directors and Business Directors in approaching key customers and promoting products.
6. Other tasks:
Report on work performance and revenue weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly as required by the CEO.
Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

Job requirements:
Foreigners, speaking Chinese (candidates from Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing, China, Malaysia are a plus). Preference will be given to candidates currently living and working in Vietnam.
A university degree or higher.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the business of agricultural products (experience with one or more feed ingredients such as fish meal, fish oil, rice bran, instant noodles, tapioca residue, rice husks, wheat flour is preferred).
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficient in communication in Vietnamese or English (both are an advantage).
Strong presentation skills, report writing, market research skills.
Professional appearance, well-groomed, and presentable.
Good sales skills and communication with internal teams and customers; strong management skills. Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic.
