Chief Sales Officer
Scope of work:
1. Responsible for working with the Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and Business Directors of the Group’s Member Companies to manage business activities, increase revenue, and represent the Group’s image.
2. Responsible for coordinating with relevant departments to execute buying and selling transactions of the Company’s products in the international market.
3. Establish, build, and maintain both internal and external relationships with domestic and international clients. Understand and monitor market conditions of companies both locally and abroad to facilitate business operations.
4. Responsible for developing business plans, strategies, and expansion activities of the Group’s Member Companies to ensure revenue targets are met.
5. Support CEOs and Business Directors in approaching key clients and promoting products.
6. Other tasks:
- Report work performance and revenue weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually as requested by the General Director.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:
Foreign nationals who speak Chinese (candidates from Hong Kong, Taiwan, China [Beijing], Malaysia are a plus). Preference given to candidates currently living and working in Vietnam.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in business roles in the agricultural commodities sector (experience with one or more feed ingredients such as fish meal, fish oil, rice bran, cassava, cassava meal, wheat flour is a plus).
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Vietnamese or English (fluency in both is an advantage).
Strong presentation, reporting, and market research skills.
Professional demeanor, neat appearance.
Excellent sales, communication, and internal/external relationship management skills. Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic.
