Admin & HR, Supervisor
Scope of work:
- Manage the recruitment team: office, factory, and project hiring, taking primary responsibility for recruitment activities.
- Manage, enter information, and store personnel records for office staff.
- Prepare monthly attendance sheets for office employees.
- Plan recruitment costs for office staff and projects based on recruitment proposals from Departments/Companies.
- Process occupational safety certificates, food safety certificates, accident insurance, health check documents, etc., for employees upon request, and manage parking-related tasks for office staff.
- Prepare the list for New Year bonuses, 13th-month salary, and update CCCD files and tax codes for project employees as assigned.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:
- Age 28 or older.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 1 year in a team leader or management role.
- College degree or higher in Human Resources Management or related fields.
- Proficient in office computing.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, honest, and trustworthy.
- Responsible and able to handle high work pressure.
- Good English proficiency or higher.
